Hola a todos!

Por fin os puedo enseñar las fotos del Curso de Automaquillaje para Bloggers de Cazcarra.

Fui con algunas amigas, y la verdad es que lo pasamos genial!

La maquilladora profesional Patricia, empezó maquillándome un lado de la cara, para que yo pudiese seguir con el otro lado.

Así… que ya os podéis imaginar el resultado un lado perfecto y el otro…no tanto!

Sin embargo es una súper buena iniciativa para nosotras, que nos hacemos tantas fotos, que vamos a eventos, etc. Es genial poder sacar el máximo partido a tus rasgos con sencillos trucos y siempre ayudadas por el fantástico maquillaje de Cazcarra! Lo que más me gusta de sus productos y en especial de su nueva línea Pop Art Beauty, no es sólo que son productos súper trendy, sino que además incorporan la última tecnología: como su PUSH & CHIC GLOSS VOLUMINIZADOR TRATANTE que contiene ácido hialurónico para unos labios más carnosos, o su súper DELINEADOR DE OJOS SATIN NEGRO que proporciona una textura cremosa permitiendo un trazo seguro y facilitando el difuminado. At last I can show you some pictures of the  Auto-make up course for Bloggers organized by Cazcarra.
I went with some friends, and we spend a great time!
The makeup artist Patricia, began with my makeup but only in one side of my face, so that I could do by myself the other side.
So ... you can imagine the result .. one perfect side and the other ... not that much!
However it is a super good initiative for us, that we are used to do so many photos, we assist to different events, etc.. It's  It's great to get the most out of your traits by applying some simple tricks and using the fantastic makeup from Cazcarra! What I most like about their products and especially about its new Pop Art Beauty line, is not only that the products are super trendy, but also, they incorporate the latest technology:

Good morning everyone!!

How was St jordi? Hope you received lost of roses and books!! I must say that although I was out of the city I received some roses :)

These days I have been really busy working (I am sorry I could not answer to your message immediately). However,  now I am back, wanting to share new outfits with all you!! 

I really like these pictures, as they are funny and were taken one afternoon I had nothing to do but mess around hehe. They remind me of a detective, that's why the name of the post.

I was wearing my new glasses bought at the Vintage Market in Bologna, where I have bought so many other things since last year!!Love this market, you can find lots of things and at very good prices.

If you ever go to Bologna on a Saturday or Sunday, its worth to have a look!!

Buenos días a todos!

¿Cómo fue San Jordi? Espero que os regalasen muchas rosas y libros! Yo, aunque no estuve en Barcelona recibí algunas rosas :)Como sabéis, estos días he estado super ocupada trabajando (lo siento porque no he podido responder a vuestros mensajes de inmediato). Sin embargo, ahora estoy de vuelta, con ganas de compartir nuevos outfits con vosotros!Me gustan mucho estas fotos, ya que son divertidas y las hice durante una tarde en la que no tenía nada que hacer más que hacer tonterías en las fotos jeje.El outfit me recuerda al de un detective, de ahí el nombre del post.Me puse mis gafas nuevas compradas en el mercado vintage en Bolonia, donde  desde el año pasado me he comprado ya un montón de cosas ..! Me encanta este mercadillo porque puedes encontrar un montón de cosas a precios muy buenisimosss.

Books & Roses

Hoy es Sant Jordi  y me da muchísima rabia no estar en Barcelona  porque es el mejor día de esta ciudad tan increible en la que vivo. Creo que es la primera vez que no estaré allí un 23 de abril. La tradición de sant jordi es muy simple: los chicos regalan rosas a las chicas y éstas libros a ellos. Esa es la idea inicial aunque yo exijo libro también porque ¿acaso no leemos también nosostras? Y eso no me cuesta mucho teniendo en cuenta que en casa sólo somos mujeres y todas opinamos igual. En fin, la cosa es que se conmemora la muerte de San Jorge y el día internacional del libro (desde 1996) porque coincide con la muerte de Cervantes y Shakespeare (aunque no en términos rigurosos si atendemos a días de muerte y de entierros y otras cosas).

Este día Barcelona sólo es practicable a pie. Las calles se llenan de puestos ambulantes de rosas y libros. Muchos escritores están en las librerias firmando sus libros y todo el mundo está en la calle. Es un ámbiente increible que hay que vivir al menos una vez. ¿entendeis porque es mi día favorito del año?

La leyenda dice que el día que tocó enviar a la princesa de un pueblo habitado por un dragón para satisfacer su hambre voraz Sant Jordi la salvó mantando al Dragón de cuya sangre brotó un rosal. De este el caballero cortó una rosa para la princesa.

Como no se especifica el tipo de rosal mi madre siempre ha preferido las amarillas, Connie las blancas y yo las rosas, pero hay hasta fosforitas, azules, multicolores,..

Como no estoy en bcn, os dejo unas fotos de Connie en su despacho para relacionar el día de Sant jordi con los libros y las rosas. jajaja!

El año que viene no me lo pierdo por nada del mundo!

 Today Barcelona is celebrating Sant Jordi a and I'm really angry because I'm not in my city the best day of the year to be there. I think it's the first time I will not be there a 23r ofd April. The tradition of Sant Jordi is very simple: men gifts of roses to the girls and these , in return, books to them. That's the initial idea but I always demand a  book too , or is it that women don't read? And that isn't a big deal considering that we are only women at home and we all think alike. Anyway, the thing is that this day commemorates the death of St. George and the World Book Day (since 1996,  because it is supposed to be the day in which  Cervantes and Shakespeare died, though, strictly speaking it's not right).
This day Barcelona is due a visit by strollin around as the streets are filled with stalls of books and roses, many writers are in the library signing books and everyone is on the street. It's an amazing atmosphere that you must live at least once. Do you understand ehy it's my favorite day of the year?

The Legend explains that the day the princess had to be send  to satisfy the dragon's voracious hunger mantando Sant Jordi saved her by killing  the dragon from whose blood sprang a rose bush. The knight  then cut a rose for Princess.
As the type of rose wasn't specifyed in the story my mother has always asked for the yellow one, Connie for a whiteon  and I prefer pink roses. Although today you can find  from blue to phosphorites ones.

Since I am not in BCN, I've posted  some photos of Connie in her study-room to relate the day of Sant Jordi with books and roses.hehehe!!!!

Next year I would not miss it for anything!

Bereber blue for the desert

Acabo de llegar a Milán. Hasta el miércoles estaré aquí por trabajo, por eso, hasta que pueda hacer photos os enseño algunas de días anteriores. Estas son de Leonora (que la conoceis ya de este post) durante las vacaciones de semana santa. Decidimos imitar un look azul bereber porque parece que el lugar de las fotos sea el pleno desierto! La suerte es que Leo tenía estos pantalones vintage de su madre (que ahora se han vuelto a poner de moda gracias a Giovanna Bataglia y otras editoras vogue, que podeis encontrar parecidos en hm)  junto con una camisa estructurada azul más brillante! Esperamos que os gusten.

I just arrived in Milán. I'll be working until next wednesday here!!! Until I can take some pics I will show you others from days before. These photos of Leonora (who you met here here before) were taken durig the spring break. We decided to pair this vintage pants of her mother ( that are again IN thanks to Giovanna Bataglia and other vogue editors,  that you can find in hm) with a brighter blue tank top from Zara. The photo-shoot scenario is the beach but it really seems like the desert! Hope you like them.

HAM- BUR-GER

A veces uno no puede evitar la tentación de comerse una hamburguesa grasienta!!! De todas maneras las españolas, aunque tengan 2  pisos nada tienen que ver con el tamaño xxl de las americanas que llegan a los 500gr!!!

Sometimes you can't stand eating a greasy hamburger!!!! However spanish one have nothing to do with the xxl size of those served in the USA that can reach the 500 grs!!!!

Good morning everyone!!

This week and weekend has been really moved and exciting at the same time. A friend of mine from Hong Kong came to visit me, and I took her all around the nice places in Barcelona, we had a lot of fun!

Moreover on Saturday we went to a new Japanese restaurant with some friends, and then for a drink.

Finally Sunday was also a special day, as I spent the whole evening with friends having drinks in front of the the sea!! A perfect weekend I must say!!

It was also special as I could wear for the first time my new Q2 red blazer I was willing to have for months! I love it, and I love this rock style outfit. What do you think?

I must say I am in love with this new brand I discovered recently, Q2, and I really recommend you to have a look at their webpage!

Buenos días a todos!
Esta semana y fin de semana han sido muy movidos y emocionantes al mismo tiempo. Una amiga mía de Hong Kong vino a visitarme, y la llevé a todos los sitios más chulos de Barcelona, fue muy divertido! Por otra parte, el sábado cenamos en un restaurante japonés nuevo con algunos amigos, y luego fuimos a tomar unas copas. Finalmente el domingo fue también un día especial, ya que me pasé toda la tarde entre amigos tomando unas copas en frente del mar!! En resumen, un fin de semana perfecto! Además, el domingo estrené mi nueva americana roja de Q2 que tenía en mente desde hace meses! Me encanta, y me encanta este look “estrella de rock” jeje ¿qué os parece? Debo decir que me he enamorado de esta nueva marca que he descubierto recientemente, Q2, os recomiendo que echéis un vistazo a su página web! Feliz Lunes a todos! Xx

Last day in Switzerland - Luzern

These are the last pictures from my trip to Switzerland.

Last days we went to Luzern (where I had never been before). It is a wonderful place, like in a princess movie hehe.

We went through the entire city and at night we slept at a hotel which used to be and old prison, The Lowengraben hotel!!

I must say that at first, it was quite impressive. The corridors, the reinforced doors… however the rooms had nothing to do and was very modern. We stayed at what used to be the prison’s library. Really nice experience!!

After Luzern, we moved to Zug, where we enjoyed the views (it seemed a postcard) and got myself a little sun tanned yuhuu!

Estas son las últimas fotos de mi viaje a Suiza.

Los últimos días nos fuimos a Lucerna (donde nunca había estado antes). Es un lugar maravilloso, era como estar en una película de princesas jeje.

Paseamos por toda la ciudad y por la noche dormimos en un hotel que había sido una antigua cárcel, el Hotel Lowengraben!!

La verdad es que al principio me resultó bastante impactante. Sobre todo los pasillos, las puertas blindadas... Sin embargo la habitación no tenían nada que ver y era super moderna. Dormimos en lo que solía ser la biblioteca de la prisión. Realmente una experiencia inolvidable!

Después de Lucerna, fuimos hacia Zug, donde disfrutamos de las vistas (parecía una postal) y además pude tomar un poco el sol yuhuu!

Switzerland!

Hi there!!

I wanted to show you some pictures taken in Switzerland these days!!

It has been really cold, even snowing, but we managed to go for a ride with the bycicle around the city.

I had so much fun sitting at the back of Lukas' Dutch bicycle hehehe.  It is so big!!

I had never been to Zurich, and I must say it is a lovely city, with very nice and surprising places!!

Os quería enseñar algunas fotos de mis días por Suiza!!

Ha hecho muchàisimo frio, incluso hoy ha nevado, pero pudimos dar una vuelta en bici por la ciudad. Fue super divertido ir detrás de la bici holandesa de Lukas jajaja. es enorme!!

Nunca antes había ido a Zurich, y he de decir que es una ciudad preciosa, con sitios muy monos y sorprendentes!!

Swiss mode

Hi there!!!! these days we didn't have the time to publish so many post due to time schedule. I was willing to post these pictures as they represent my day to day lately...always around with my suitcases with me, travelling all the time (italy, prague, switzerland, Italy again..), and finding my self lost some times, metaphorically and literary hehe

we took these funny pictures infront of a Swiss house you can find at Caldetas. It's strange to find such swiss style house in the middle of the village. 

Moreover it has more significanc though, as I am writing these lines from Switzerland, exactly from Zurich, were I came to visit my swiss friend Lukas, do you remember?

Hola a todos!! en estos días no hemos tenido nada de tiempo para publicar ya que hemos ido bastante atareadas. Tenia ya muchas ganas de publicar estas fotos, ya que representan mi ritmo de vida actual... Siempre voy cargada con mis maletas, viajando todo el tiempo (Italia, Praga, Suiza, Italia otra vez ..), y en ocasiones sintiendome perdida, tanto metafóricamente como literalmente jeje

Estas fotos tan divertidas las hicimos enfrente de una casa suiza que hay en Caldetas. Es raro encontrarse con una casa de estilo suizo en medio del pueblo la verdad

Además, el post de hoy aun es mas significativo, pues estoy escribiendo estas líneas desde Suiza, exactamente desde Zurich, donde he venido a visitar a mi amigo suizo Lukas, ¿os acordais?

NEON or PASTEL? that's the seasonal question!

 This season the trends are clear: neon or pastel! which one do you choose? I'm more into pastels but Connie prefers neon! Both are nice trends when sun is shinning and you begin to get tanned, eventhough  this means more freckles to me!!!!

Esta temporada las tendencias son claras: neon o pastel! ¿Cuál eliges? Yo soy más de tonos pastel pero Connie prefiere neon! En cualquier caso, ambas son geniales cuando empiezas a estar morenita, aunque eso implique más pecas en mi caso!

We finally had a tattoo made

Hi everyone!!!

Are you scared of how many tattoos we have made all of a sudden????

Don’t panic, we didn’t go crazy suddenly and made them all in once.
